Technology threatens to replace the natural world with a virtual one, disconnecting us from the environment.

But if makers wish to continue to indulge the human compulsion to create, we must do so in harmony with the environment. Our work cannot be simultaneously inspired by nature and detrimental to it.

My work seeks to repair this disconnect both conceptually and technically, inspired by natural forms and composed exclusively of recycled materials.
